WWC Engineering is accepting applications for a surveying technician in western North Dakota. The candidate must have 5+ years of surveying experience with a focus in the oil and gas industry. The surveying technician will work under the direct supervision of licensed engineers and surveyors. Typical duties would entail performing boundary surveys, ROW surveys, staking of oil & gas well locations, and plat preparation. Business development and marketing skills is a bonus. The successful candidate must be proficient with Trimble survey equipment and Trimble Business Center; possess strong communication and problem-solving skills; be able to work independently; exhibit a high attention to detail; and work efficiently in a team environment. Special consideration will be given for experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. The candidate will be responsible for performing surveying activities in western North Dakota. Travel is required and the candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
